1. Booking & Payment

All bookings made with Iksafar Travel are subject to the following terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 15 days before the departure date.
• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or bank transfer.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.

2. Cancellation & Refund

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus deposit).
• Cancellation 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• All refunds are subject to bank processing fees and charges.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be processed as per the circumstances.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance:

• Travel insurance is not included in the package price.
• Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
• We can recommend trusted insurance partners upon request.
• We are not liable for any losses not covered by insurance.

4. Liability & Responsibility

Iksafar Travel operates with the utmost care, but please note:

• We act as a tour operator and are not responsible for delays, accidents, or losses caused by third parties.
• We are not liable for changes in flight schedules, weather conditions, or political situations.
• Travelers must ensure they have the necessary visas, vaccinations, and travel documents.
• Any damage caused by travelers to hotels, vehicles, or other properties will be the traveler's responsibility.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies.

5. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Each package includes and excludes specific items. Please read carefully:

• Inclusions: Accommodation, meals, guide services, and transportation as mentioned in the package.
• Exclusions: International/domestic flights, personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, and visa fees.
• Any additional activities or services not mentioned in the package are subject to extra charges.
• We reserve the right to modify inclusions based on availability and unforeseen circumstances.

6. Changes & Amendments

We understand that plans can change. Here's our policy:

• Changes to booking dates or packages are subject to availability.
• Changes requested 15+ days before departure are free of charge.
• Changes requested less than 15 days before departure may incur a fee.
• We reserve the right to amend itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

• We collect personal information solely for booking and service purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
• You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
• We encourage amicable resolution of any issues before legal action.
